Since its birth ten years back, Nike’s Hyperdunk sneakers have been a popular choice in the sneaker
industry. This year marks the tenth time the fan-favorite shoe will be getting a makeover. The Nike
Hyperdunk X, or in other words the Nike Hyperdunk 2018, will be arriving this summer in August.
Initially, the footwear giant had announced that this must-have pair of sneakers would be coming in
eight colorways. These include white, black, university blue, court purple, midnight navy, university
red, team orange, and team red. However, from the looks of all the pictures we’ve been eagerly
spotting, the range will expand to include several more color choices.
The Nike Hyperdunk X sneakers will have a jacquard construction, white midsoles rocking the
signature Nike swooshes in black. The rubber outsole will be designed to support a firm grip with
multidirectional traction, the half bootie built will ensure a snug fit, whereas the Lunar cushioning

support. Wondering which other color palettes will be up for grabs? Here’s all you need to know.

The model is also set to release in a patriotic color scheme as announced on July 4. It will be coming
in all navy blue in place of black, while the white midsole will be holding its position, and red will be
painted on the tongue and other details.
The Nike basketball beast will also be arriving in a clean full white colorway. While the rest of the
construction will be the same, this model will have platinum grey details and a metallic swoosh to
complete the look.
The same design will come with a twist in this recently announced Nike Hyperdunk X red and black
rendition. The sneaker has been divided diagonally into two portions. Black reigns the front of the
shoe while red spreads on its rear painting both the collar and the heel.
Because eight basic colors and four additional ones are not enough, Nike’s Hyperdunk X model has
another colorway to offer too. The shoe is set to drop in a clean white and black color palette with
white dominating the entirety of it and black traces marking the collar and tongue lining along with
For now, these color schemes have been announced for the upcoming Nike Hyperdunk X which will
hit stores and the official Nike website later this summer.
